BIG FUN in Marin: Got a call from my bud and favorite local DJ Henry Wimmer (KXSF.FM) asking if I’d spontaneously give him a lift from SF to Novato in exchange for a comp ticket to the debut of Vicky Randall & Lebo’s Tribute to Sly & The Family Stone. Spontaneity is my middle name - so off we went to Dance to the Music! Afterward - and just as spontaneously we took a right on the way home and headed to Peri’s Tavern in Fairfax to catch the 2nd set of Danny’s Live Dead! We were not dissapointed - in fact, welcomed by many good friends surprised at our showing up in Fairfax!

We only caught set 2 but it was a throw-down!
