Over many years of living in San Francisco I’ve been privileged to witness a ton of incredible music history as it unfolded at the annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, held annually in Golden Gate Park since 2000.
Other then HSB #1 (I had an out of town gig and wasn’t in attendance) I’ve been to everyone of them and am pleased to say I performed along with Belle Monroe & Her Brewglass Boys at HSBF #2 and #7 which was a fantastic experience and a real privilege, considering the general lack of local music that gets booked.
Here are some choice vids I capped over the past few years at HSB!
